Any change in the customer's identity (e.g. moving, renting, inheritance) must be reported to MECSEK Energy Trade Kft. by both the old and new customer within 15 days of the change using the form below in order to ensure the continuous and uninterrupted operation of the electricity supply.

The following documents must be attached to the notification form:
- A protocol signed by both parties (old and new user) with the meter's serial number, the date and meter reading at the time of handover and handover, the data and certified signatures of the transferor and the transferee.
- In the case of a company, a company extract not older than 30 days (if the company registration is still in progress, then the company's application for company registration filed with the court of registration), in the case of a sole proprietor, an entrepreneur's certificate or sole proprietorship registration number, in the case of an organization and institution, a document certifying registration or operation.
- Signature copy or signature sample.
The DATA PROTECTION regulations according to point 9 of the Business Regulations of MECSEK Energy Trade Kft. apply to changes in the client's identity.

After receiving the form, we will prepare the electricity purchase contract for the new consumer. After signing, our company will complete the balance circle notification to the locally competent distributor. You have nothing else to do or arrange.
The customer must report any changes to the currently effective electricity purchase contract (e.g. different bill payer, installation of PV system, yeaarly consumption modification) to MECSEK Energy Trade Kft. within 15 days of the change.
In the event of a change to a different bill payer, use the following form:

A new installation (or a new connection) when there is no electricity service at your consumption location yet, so you would like to introduce electricity service.
The exact details and lead time depends on your needs and your consumption location, so it is worth discussing this in advance with your contact person or a registered installer.
The application forms filled out by the registered installer must be sent to the locally competent distributor so that the electricity suppliers and electricity trader options can be applied appropriately.
The local distribution company issues a POD certificate to the consumer, with this certificate you can start the conclusion of the electricity purchase contract, which ensures the optimal determination of the electricity fee.
After receiving the POD certificate, we will send you an Application for Connection to the Electricity Grid – Electricity type form, after filling which we can provide a quote.
After accepting the quote, we will prepare the electricity purchase contract. After receiving the signed and returned contract, our company will complete the balance group notification, and you have nothing else to do.
The property operator declaration must be completed if a new electricity purchase contract is concluded for the given consumption point.
Such cases may include:

installation or expansion of a solar system.
The purpose of the declaration is to clearly record the legal relations between the consumption point and the operation, and to ensure that the contract is concluded smoothly.
